A made-up example. Coastline Electrical is an owner and six staff, quoting to builders and bidding for the odd council tender.
The owner pulled past prices from three places at night, and quotes went out two or three days after the site visit.
A draft quote is ready from similar past jobs the same day. The owner checks the figures and sends it.
The same insurances, licences and safety policies were typed into every builder's portal and tender form.
They're kept in one place, kept up to date, and drafted into each new form for checking.
Job reports were rebuilt by hand each month from the job app and a spreadsheet.
The report puts itself together, and anything that doesn't add up is flagged.

What does it cost, and what is included?
It starts from $12,000. The scope, the number of days in your business and what gets built are agreed in writing before anything starts, and you get a fixed price. Travel is quoted separately.
Do I have to be part of the build?
No. You can be in the room for it, or leave it to me and get a walkthrough in person at the end. Either way you get the documentation.
Do I need a big team?
No. It suits a small team, and the owner is often the person who runs it day to day.
Who looks after setup and access?
You do. Accounts, access and approvals stay with your business, and I tell you beforehand exactly what is needed.
Can it be done remotely?
The preparation can, but the days in your business are in person. Strategy and training work best in the room.
Can you tell us what to put in our tenders or SWMS?
No. You and your advisers decide what goes in your tenders, SWMS, claims and variations. I build the systems around those documents so they don't stall, and I don't give legal, safety or tender advice.
