Do I need to know where AI could help?
No. Start with the work as it happens now. The call explores one process; the strategy review looks more broadly at your business, with up to three opportunities examined in detail. Identifying useful opportunities is part of my work.
How does the credit work?
The $250 is credited in full towards your next booking within 60 days, excluding the intensive. For the $1,500 AI strategy review, that leaves $1,250 to pay when the credit applies. If the honest answer is that there is nothing worth doing, the $250 is refunded instead.
Do I need the strategy review before implementation?
For an AI build, the strategy review establishes the workflow, purpose and expected value before implementation is quoted. A clear brief for a website or branded marketing materials can go directly to project scoping. Team training is available independently.
What if more research is needed?
The review includes up to three hours of research into whether each of the three can be done, and what with. That covers most feasibility questions. Where one needs deeper investigation than that, paid scoping is a separate $750 step, agreed before that work starts and credited towards the build.
Why is implementation quoted?
Because no two builds are the same shape. A small, familiar build and a connected system across a business are not the same size of work, so a single starting price would mislead you either way. You receive a fixed quote, including the testing and handover to be delivered, before implementation starts.
Can you train my team without building anything?
Yes. Team AI training is a separate offer. It covers one team of up to 12 people, with a preparation call and a half-day or full-day session using their work. Delivery is in person, wherever your team is, and travel is quoted separately.
What happens to human judgement?
The strategy identifies where AI can assist and where a person needs to check, approve or make a decision. Those review points become part of the agreed workflow.
