Free one-hour online workshop

What's eating your week?

For small business owners and teams losing hours to admin, reporting and follow-up. One hour on how I find where the time goes, and how Claude, the AI tool, can give some of it back.

Two things, taught properly, rather than fifteen tips you have forgotten by dinner.

01

Why what comes back is close, but not right

You ask Claude for something, it comes back close but not quite right, and you end up fixing it yourself. That happens because it does not know your business or how you sound. Fixing that takes about twenty minutes, once, and you do it during the hour rather than watching me do it.

02

Where your hours are actually going

Most people only ask AI small questions, because nobody has shown them what one whole process looks like. I take a real process apart on screen, count the time it takes each week, and show where Claude can have the work prepared so your part is checking it and deciding.

A real example from my own work, with the hours counted.

I'll also show you one of mine. A fortnightly newsletter used to take me half to a full day, from looking back over past issues to a finished draft. Now my part takes about thirty minutes. That is several hours back every fortnight, and what I keep is the checking and the final say.

  1. By handHalf to a full day

Looking back over past issues, then writing the whole thing myself

  2. With the skillAbout thirty minutes

My time, reviewing the draft and changing what needs it

  3. Running on its ownFive to ten minutes

The draft is ready without me starting it, checked for every claim and the voice before I see it

Nothing goes out until I have reviewed it and sent it myself.

Kylie presenting to a team around a boardroom table, with a Strategy First slide on the screen behind her.

Without a solid strategy, AI ends up sloppy.

I'm Kylie. Twenty years in project and contract management taught me to map how work actually moves and where it quietly breaks down. I built a business of my own in the hours around a full-time job, and that is where I learned what AI is genuinely good for, and what it is not.

The strategy comes first, and the tools are built around it. In the workshop you see that same way of looking at work on a real process, so you leave knowing where to start in your own.

Hours of data entry cut.

“Kylie's workshop was one of the best-structured sessions I've done. Clear, visual and easy to follow, even for a non-technical audience. I went in wanting to reduce mundane data entry for my finance team, and I've already built live-linking systems that sync directly to our accounting software.”

One email, and one vote.

You get the joining link and two reminders, and that is all.

On the day I build one of these four live, from nothing, and you get the steps to build the same one around your own business. A reusable skill is a set of instructions Claude keeps, so you explain a process once instead of every time. Your vote picks which one.

Which one would you most like to stop doing by hand?

You will also get my occasional emails, and every one has an unsubscribe link. See the privacy policy.

One hour, on a real process.

Why what comes back is close but not right, and where your hours are going, both worked through on the day.
